Earlier he held senior positions in RPOs like Arden Systems & OS2i where he lead teams like CV Sourcing, Passive Sourcing & Name Sourcing. He has partnered with many of the world’s leading executive search and recruiting firm (Highland Partners, Hudson, Boyden, Talent2 etc.) to support their executive search research & sourcing teams with highly targeted ‘name generation’, ‘Name Sourcing’ ‘long list generation’ and ‘passive candidate sourcing’ solutions.

Sharath has 14+ years of experience into Recruiting, Staffing & Sourcing across a broad spectrum of Industries and Geographies. He has worked with leading companies like Aditi Technologies where he led the US staffing business unit and at OS2i where he has successfully managed the sourcing functions for International Clients. He has been a core part of the team that formulated the training processes at both Aditi & OS2i. He has contributed to the growth of his teams and businesses by fostering a learning driven culture. While he started his career within the event management space he moved into the HR/Recruiting sphere with experience encompassing HR, Recruiting, Staffing and RPO Operations.



Chinmay Chavan

Chinmay has been in the recruitment industry for the last 6 years. He has been working in the Social Media Sourcing and Headhunting division (Passive Sourcing) for clients from Japan, Singapore, Europe and India. He has deep knowledge and practical experience in Internet Research, Name Sourcing, and Executive Search. He began his career as a Customer Service Associate at Wipro BPO, but soon enough moved to sourcing by joining OS2i as a Name Generation Executive. Chinmay quickly proved his mettle to bag crucial roles in OS2i, including that of Research Associate and Business Development. He joined Key Resourcing as a Research Consultant and was promoted to the next level as Assistant Manager. Very soon he found interest in training people and moved to full time training.
